Important InformationInfo
- The cruise departs daily from Benoa Harbour at 09:15 AM;
- It is recommended to arrive at the port for registration no later than 08:45 AM if traveling on your own;
- Retu departure from the pontoon at Lembongan Island is at 03:15 PM, arriving back in Bali around 04:15 PM;
- Children under 4 travel free, special rates apply for children aged 4 to 14;
- Guest safety is guaranteed by a professional team of certified lifeguards and guides;
- Contraindications: severe motion sickness (taking a travel sickness pill 30 minutes before departure is highly recommended).
Cancellation policyPolicy
- refunds are processed with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the event;
- refunds are based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date;
- full refunds are provided if the provider is unable to deliver the service fully;
- refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of the request date;
- refunds are issued within 5 banking days from the agreement of the refund decision.

oh my god!!! this is the absolute best sea day of my life!!! the bali hai II catamaran is surreal and super comfortable!!! views of the ocean literally drive you crazy, took a million photos on the open deck!!! banana boat rides and the water slide are pure childhood joy!!! managed to work with my laptop on board under the sea breeze, internet was great. thank you balitourus!!!

Despite the declared premium status of the cruise, the stay on the pontoon felt excessively hectic. The excursion to the traditional village on Lembongan island was of a superficial nature. The quality of service on board is good, but the abundance of noisy water activities does not promote a peaceful rest.

Excellent balanced cruise. The sea passage on the catamaran is highly calming, while the activities on the Lembongan pontoon provide a great physical release.
