Bukit Peninsula Sightseeing Tour: Uluwatu, Beaches & Sunset Kecak Show

The Bukit Peninsula is the southe most, elevated, and incredibly dramatic region of Bali. It is a land of sheer limestone cliffs plunging directly into the roaring Indian Ocean and home to some of the island’s most beautiful, hidden white-sand beaches.

This sightseeing tour is designed for travelers who want to absorb breathtaking panoramic views, swim in pristine turquoise waters, experience authentic Balinese traditions, and crown their day with a romantic candlelight seafood di

er right by the water.

Highlight Attractions of the Tour

  • Padang-Padang Beach: A beautiful bay that gained worldwide fame in the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" starring Julia Roberts. Entering the beach through a narrow crevice in the rocks feels like discovering a hidden paradise.
  • Melasti Beach: One of Bali's premier beaches, featuring fine white sand, crystal-clear water, and a spectacular road cut directly into high limestone cliffs.
  • Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple: One of Bali's six key spiritual pillars, majestically perched on the edge of a sheer 70-meter cliff above the crashing ocean waves. The forest surrounding the temple is inhabited by a large troop of wild macaques.
  • Kecak Fire Dance Show: A captivating outdoor performance based on the Ramayana epic, performed by a chorus of 100 men in a cliffside amphitheater set against the backdrop of a spectacular sunset.
  • **Jimbaran Bay Seafood Di

er**: The perfect ending to your adventure at Bali's most famous seafood destination. Enjoy fresh grilled fish by candlelight on the soft sand as the tide rolls in.

Good to Know Before You Go

  • Sightseeing Focus: This tour is designed for landscape appreciation and cultural experiences rather than historic lectures. The focus is on spectacular views, swimming, and dining.
  • Monkey Safety at Uluwatu: The macaques at Uluwatu are notoriously curious. Please secure your sunglasses, hats, jewelry, and loose belongings before entering the temple grounds. You can purchase bananas near the entrance if you wish to feed them.
  • What to Bring: Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a change of clothes, towels, and a camera for spectacular sunset shots.

Uluwatu Sunset & Kecak Dance Bali Excursions

Watched the Kecak dance at sunset in Uluwatu. A beautiful show, although quite crowded. Melasti and Padang-Padang beaches are pristine with a great shoreline. Private transfer was well-organized, with zero delays.
